Art and Artists: New Yorker Cartoons from the Melvin R. Seiden Collection

The show will run from October 1, 2005, through December 31, 2005, in the Museum's Bantle Lecture Gallery. The show features 50 original cartoon drawings that were first published in the pages of The New Yorker magazine. All are on the subject of art and artists. The work is on loan from Melvin R. Seiden, who has assembled one of the most extensive private collections of New Yorker catoons in the world.
