30 Day Policy

We happily accept returns for replacement or refund of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of personalized items. Hard Drives, DVDs, and CDs that have been opened are not eligible for return.

Shipping Delays

The Cartoon Bank will refund shipping charges if the item does not deliver on the date expected or promised.

Gifts

Unwanted gifts are returnable for refund to original purchaser only within 30 days of receipt; or the recipient can exchange it for another print or item of the same value if The Cartoon Bank is notified within 30 days.

Damaged Goods

The Cartoon Bank will replace or refund any damaged item within 30 days. Damaged goods are to be returned to Cartoonbank.com or the vendor. The Cartoon Bank or the vendor will call Fed Ex and arrange for pickup.

Licensing Rights

In the event that you cannot use a cartoon that you have purchased for licensing use, The Cartoon Bank will refund you 50% of the cartoon's purchase price if notified within 60 days of the date of purchase. For details please call 1-800-897-TOON to speak with a cartoon specialist.
